Flying Logic isn't recognizing my email when I try to reset my password?

Generally, if Flying Logic doesn't recognize your email (and you didn't just enter it correctly) and you are a previous customer before 2022, that means you aren't registered for Flying Logic 4.

Your older license keys will not work with Flying Logic 4.x, which launched in July 2023.

If you are a pre-2022 Flying Logic 3 licenseholder, click the button in the top right to file a support ticket, and we will let you know how to access an upgrade discount to Flying Logic 4.

If you are a Flying Logic 1 or 2 licenseholder, your upgrade discounts for Flying Logic 4 have expired. You can jump on board with the latest software via https://go.flyinglogic.com/.
