To change, upgrade, or downgrade your plan:
- Log into your profile.
- Click "Plan" in the left pane.
- Click the "Change plan" link in the right pane, and you'll see the plans available to you.
- To simply change the plan frequency, choose your existing plan and choose a different frequency from the next screen.
- To change the plan entirely, choose a new plan, and choose your desired billing frequency from the next screen.
- Note the amount due, if any.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click the orange "Complete Plan Change" button.
- If you are upgrading your plan to a more expensive one, you'll immediately be charged the difference, and your new plan will immediately go into effect.
- If you are downgrading your plan to a less expensive one, you'll keep access to the upper level plan until the next renewal, and your next billing will reflect the upgraded plan.
- If you are downgrading and change your mind before the next renewal, you can revisit the "Plan" page and click the orange "Cancel Plan Change" button to revert and stay on the higher plan.
